PEAK (Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge)

Ages: 10-24
Focus: Training for those aspiring to compete at the highest levels, this program provides sport specific training for athletes. (Not Skill Specific)

The PEAK Program was created for committed athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate, Olympic, or professional level. Delivered in semi-private sessions with our Parisi Certified Performance Coaches. This program identifies the skills that are necessary for an athlete to reach their potential at a specific sport and provides them with the training necessary to help turn “potential abilities” into “actual abilities.”
Just a few of the PEAK results:

  • Increased vertical jump.
  • Increased mobility.
  • Run their fastest sprint time ever.
  • Break their all-time max lift.


The program focuses on an athlete’s individual needs for a specific sport and desired improvements. This high-level training aims to develop an athlete’s specific talents, while at the same time turn their weaknesses into strengths. PEAK can be added to any of our programming to provide a comprehensive athlete training program or it can stand on its own to work only on specific needs. This is an individualized training experience.

Champion Training

Ages: 12+
Focus: Training for those aspiring to compete at the highest levels, this program provides sport specific training for athletes. (Not Skill Specific)

Our champion program was created for committed athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate, Olympic, or professional level. Unlike our PEAK program this program is fully customized. We work with the athletes to develop a program for their unique abilities and weaknesses. Champion training has a magnified approach to training. Focusing on specific strength, speed training based on the individual’s needs, recovery tactics, nutrition, and functional mobility. This training is unmatched in its intensity and commitment. It utilizes state of the art training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous plateaus. Our goal is to reach new heights of athletic performance that the athlete never thought possible.

This program can be delivered in 3 ways.

  • 1-1 in person sessions with one of our coaches.
  • Customized weekly programing designed by one of our coaches for the athlete.
  • A combination of the first two for athletes to grasp every concept we give them to succeed.
