Class Schedule

We offer a diverse schedule to fit the hectic lives of all our parents and athletes. Our class types cycle every week so athletes can experience a variety of linear speed, multi-directional speed, and strength classes within their training.

Total Sports Performance

Designed for ages 13+ to enhance speed, strength, and mobility while building their confidence.

Jump Start 2

Designed for ages 10-12 to build a strong athletic foundation while teaching proper movement skills. To ensure a safe environment and increased confidence.

Jump Start 1

Designed for ages 7-9 to teach the fundamentals of movement through fun and engaging sessions. Ensuring a safe environment to advance and learn.

Pricing

We understand all the costs associated with youth athletes. That’s why we develop a custom pricing plan for you to ensure it fits within your budget. A range depending on training would be $20-110 per session. If you have more in depth questions please don’t hesitate to contact us!
