What is the evaluation process

Our youth training evaluation gives us a comprehensive breakdown of what your athlete is currently capable of, the goals they want to achieve, and the best way to help them achieve them. Our process is designed to be thorough and informative for athletes and parents.

Once we conduct the evaluation we will discuss the results with you and your athlete. Then together we will create the best program for you.

What Our Evaluation Measures

During the comprehensive evaluation we conduct a series of tests and analyses to gather movement capabilities and crucial data.

  • Lower Body Flexibility ScreenThis is conducted to see the flexibility and mobility of an athlete's lower body.
  • Running Technique AnalysisWe will breakdown how the athlete is currently moving and what techniques they may be missing.
  • Timed Sprints We test a 10 and 20 yard dash. As well as a flying 10 yard dash.
  • The Vertical Jump This is to test their overall body power and force output vertically.
  • The 5-Hop Test This is to test an athlete's body power and force output horizontally.
  • The 5/10/5 We use this drill to test an athlete's lateral power, mechanics, and ability to change direction.
  • The Chin UpTest This test is for relative body strength.

Immediate Feedback & Next Steps

Unlike other programs that may push you straight into a program or just hand you a sheet to decipher yourself. We take the time to walk you through the results at the end of your evaluation:
  1. Review every test on your 3 page evaluation packet.
  2. Explain all our findings and what the results mean. Identifying strengths, areas for improvements, how long we can expect to see results.
  3. Create a training plan with pricing and scheduling that fits your family.
  4. Start training as early as the next day.
